Return & Refund Policy
Last updated: October 2026
1. Right of Withdrawal
For purchases covered by the statutory right of withdrawal, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
Exceptions may apply to custom-made or clearly personalised products and sealed products unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, where permitted by law.
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return under the statutory right of withdrawal, please use the online withdrawal function provided on our website. Include your order number and identify the item or items you wish to return. You do not need to give a reason, although we appreciate feedback to help us improve our products and service.
You must send the products back within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the products before the period expires. If you return them late or do not send them back, your refund may be delayed or affected, subject to applicable law.
Return instructions and the return address will be provided after your request has been submitted. Please do not send a return before receiving these instructions.
The return shipping costs are your own responsibility. Package the products carefully, use a tracked shipping service and keep your proof of postage. Please note that the initial shipping costs are excluded from the refund.
3. Condition of Returned Products
Products should be returned complete and handled with reasonable care. Handling beyond what is necessary to inspect a product may result in a reasonable deduction for demonstrable loss of value, where permitted by law.
If opening a seal or removing protective film causes a genuine, demonstrable loss in value, we may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund where legally permitted. Opening packaging alone does not automatically justify a deduction.
4. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us through email with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where possible.
An unboxing video may help us investigate, but it is not an absolute requirement for making a complaint. If reasonably possible, keep the product and packaging until the issue has been assessed.
We will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection law, which may include a replacement or partial/full refund.
5. Parcels Refused Because of Import Charges
Customers are responsible for checking applicable import duties, taxes and carrier charges before ordering.
If you refuse delivery because you do not wish to pay these charges or forget to pick up your order, we may deduct actual, documented and non-recoverable costs resulting from the refusal where legally permitted. Refusing a parcel does not automatically count as a withdrawal request. Please submit your request through the online function on our website.
